Scope and responsibilities
I work at the intersection of business strategy, AI, data, and engineering, identifying high-value opportunities and translating them into scalable solutions. The mandate includes architecture, buy-versus-build decisions, vendor evaluation, proofs of concept, internal prototyping, and engineering handoff.
Selected projects and contributions
From improving acquisition economics to rethinking how AI connects customer experiences.

Marketing operations & effectiveness
Simplifying cross-functional creative processes and making work easier to coordinate and measure.
Connected platforms & data architecture
Establishing the data foundations and shared context that make analytics and connected experiences possible.
What I enjoyed about this chapter
The most rewarding part is connecting business objectives with technical choices and then moving validated ideas toward adoption. The work spans strategy and hands-on architecture, while keeping success anchored to outcomes rather than the number of AI tools deployed.
Outcomes and measurement
Where a result is explicitly available, it is stated as reported. Other initiatives are described in terms of their scope and intended business value rather than assigning unverified metrics.
